Couples Therapy

I help couples navigate challenges, deepen connection, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships by creating a supportive space for open communication, healing, and growth.

I support couples in building a stronger foundation through:

  • Improving communication and active listening skills
  • Navigating conflict in healthy, constructive ways
  • Rebuilding trust after infidelity or betrayal
  • Deepening emotional and physical intimacy
  • Exploring issues around sex, desire, and mismatched libidos
  • Strengthening emotional connection and attachment
  • Working through life transitions (parenthood, career shifts, relocation, etc.)
  • Managing stressors related to parenting or blended families
  • Supporting intercultural or interfaith relationships
  • Healing from past or ongoing relational trauma
  • Creating shared goals and aligning values as a couple
  • Learning tools to support long-term relational health

All couples are welcome: monogamous, non-monogamous, LGBTQIA+, married or not. My approach is strength-based and non-blaming. Therapy is about creating shared understanding, learning new tools, and fostering genuine connection.
