My Approach
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and approved supervisor, I offer supervision to LMFT Associates in Texas using an integrated approach grounded in:
- Developmental support tailored to your level of experience
- Reflective and relational practices that support emotional and professional growth
- Competency-based benchmarks to help you build clinical skills and confidence
- A narrative and collaborative lens that centers your voice, values, and emerging therapist identity
Supervision is a space where learning happens in relationships, where your growth is supported with structure, empathy, honest feedback, and respect for your unique style. I view our relationship as a collaborative partnership, not a top-down evaluation. Together, we’ll explore cases, deepen your systemic thinking, identify patterns, and work through challenges in a safe and encouraging environment.
What to Expect
- Weekly individual supervision (Group Supervision Option) via secure video platform
- Support in developing clinical skills, ethical decision-making, and professional identity
- Guidance with case conceptualization, documentation, and hour tracking
- A reflective, growth-oriented space to explore challenges and celebrate progress
- Alignment with Texas BHEC requirements for LMFT licensure
- Optional integration of couple, family, sex therapy, and trauma-informed modalities
Whether you’re just beginning or building confidence as a clinician, my goal is to support you with encouragement, accountability, and real-world insight.
